Shipping & Delivery
Free Shipping
Most outboard motors qualify for free shipping within the continental U.S. (Excludes Alaska, Hawaii, and international orders).
Delivery Process
- Residential & Business Delivery Included – We ship directly to your home or marina.
- Lift Gate Service Provided – Ensures safe unloading if no loading dock is available.
- Freight Carrier Coordination – You’ll receive tracking info and a call to schedule delivery.
Special Delivery Notes
- Remote Areas (AK, HI, Islands, Ferries, Airports). Additional freight charges may apply.
- Expedited Shipping – Available upon request (extra fees apply).
- Delivery Times – Typically 3-7 business days after processing (varies by location).
Returns & Warranty
30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee
If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange (excluding shipping fees).
Conditions:
- The item must be unused, in original packaging, and with all accessories.
- Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the product is defective.
- A 15% restocking fee may apply for non-defective returns.
Warranty Claims
All new outboards come with a manufacturer’s warranty (varies by brand). If you encounter a defect:
