1. 30-Day Return Guarantee

At Outboard Ocean, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. You have 30 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return for a refund or exchange.

2. Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following criteria:

  • Condition: The item must be new, unused, and in the same condition that you received it.
  • Packaging: It must be in the original manufacturer packaging with all manuals and accessories included.
  • Proof of Purchase: A valid receipt or order number is required.

3. Non-Returnable Items

For safety and regulatory reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Items that have been installed, fueled, or operated.
  • Customized or special-order products.
  • Hazardous materials (such as oils or fluids) that have been opened.

4. Return Fees

  • Restocking Fee: A 15% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund for all non-defective returns (e.g., change of mind).
  • Return Shipping: The customer is responsible for paying for their own shipping costs for returning an item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

5. Defective or Damaged Items

If your item arrives damaged or has a manufacturer defect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange for a repair, replacement, or a full refund at no additional cost to you, including return shipping fees for defective goods.

6. Refund Process

  1. Initiate: Email sales@outboardocean.com with your order number.
  2. Approval: We will provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) number and instructions.
  3. Inspection: Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  4. Payment: Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
