2. Shipping Rates & Areas
We offer a simple, transparent shipping structure for all customers:
- Flat Rate Shipping: All orders across Australia are charged a flat fee of $69.00 AUD.
- Service Area: We ship to all Australian states and territories.
- International Shipping: At this time, we do not ship outside of Australia.
3. Handling & Transit Times
To provide accurate delivery estimates, we split our process into two stages:
- Handling Time: Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday – Friday).
- Transit Time: Once dispatched, delivery typically takes 2–10 business days (Monday – Friday).
- Total Delivery Time: You can expect your order within 3–12 business days from the date of purchase.
- Order Cut-off: Orders placed after 12:00 PM (AEST) will begin processing the following business day.
4. Delivery Process for Motors
Because outboard motors are high-value, heavy items, we take extra precautions:
- Freight Carriers: We use specialized freight partners experienced in handling marine engines.
- Secure Crating: All motors are shipped in original manufacturer crates and secured on pallets.
- Delivery Coordination: The carrier will contact you via the phone number provided at checkout to schedule a delivery window. A signature is required for all motor deliveries.
